I. Getting Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals, 常識與道德 license& Senior Securities Specialist license(Got the license) 

(Path: 高業→常識與道德→投信投顧→信託→期貨→理財規劃)

(I) Reason (Why)

想成為成功的專業投資人，透過研讀財經書籍雖可具備必要條件，但若要確認自己在投資方面的知能是否足夠，透過考取證照會是較客觀的方式，且較能達到系統性的知識學習；加上進入證券業工作前，也必須以證照為前提才能獲致，然而最終目標是要成為成功的投資人，還須持續地學習才可達到此境界。

(II) Means (How)

A. Finish reviewing license handout. (SOP as below)

 Steps:

  1. Practice past exam to every subject first time.

  2. Review each wrong question of past exam.

  3. Count the chapter corresponding to each wrong questions.

  4. Take note of top 3 chapter of the most error to every subject and review.

  5. Review note and last past exam before I practice next past exam.

  6. Practice past exam to every subject second time.

B. Finish studying of the book list, including to read twice 超級績效.

C. Take a note of 超級績效.

II. Communicating(listening and speaking) with people in English fluently

(I) Reason(Why)

許多具知識性且待遇較佳的工作，幾乎要求英文須精通，然而評估目前自己的英文能力僅能算中等，尤其是聽力與口說能力更需要加強，由於聽力與口說為現階段工作中的即戰力，即便每天可運用的時間有限，仍需要持之以恆練習，才能在未來有效發揮在工作上。

(II) Means(How)

A. Principle

(A) Deliberate practice.

(B) Think and write in English as much as possible.

B. Duration: At least 2.7 hours per day.

C. Action Plan
(A) Listen at least one English podcast everyday. (SOP as below)
Step 1. Watch the English video without showing subtitles or transcript.
Step 2. Read the subtitles.
Step 3. Shadow when watching the video.
Step 4. Dictate when listening the video if having more time.
(B) Self-talk in English(Just-in-a-minute).
(C) Read out at least one unit conversation everyday and read the English reference book 3 times.

(D) Have the class of 3D English note-taking.
